Warranty Policy
All RSKT Leatherworks products are handcrafted individually at the time of order using high-quality materials and are carefully inspected prior to shipment. Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations may occur.
RSKT Leatherworks stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of its products and offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. If a product fails due to a defect or workmanship issue not caused by the user, RSKT Leatherworks will repair or replace the item at no cost to the customer, including reasonable shipping costs associated with the warranty service.
Leather and brass-plated components are natural materials and will develop wear, patina, and signs of use over time. This is considered normal and is not covered under warranty.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Accidental damage
- Improper care or maintenance
- Modifications, alterations, or repairs performed by anyone other than RSKT Leatherworks
Items that fall outside of warranty coverage may still be eligible for repair or replacement at a reasonable cost, including applicable shipping fees, determined on a case-by-case basis.
Refund, Return, & Exchange Policy
At RSKT Leatherworks, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us directly by email or message so we can work with you to find a resolution.
Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of many of our products, all sales of custom, personalized, or one-of-a-kind items are final and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Custom sizing
- Name or department stamping
- Painted or dyed customizations
- Personalized designs
- Made-to-order items
Customers are responsible for verifying all customization details, including spelling, sizing, colors, and design selections, prior to completing their purchase. If an error is discovered after delivery due to customer-provided information, RSKT Leatherworks may offer repair, alteration, or replacement services at the customer’s expense, including shipping costs.
Non-custom, in-stock items may be eligible for return or exchange if approved by RSKT Leatherworks. Approved returns must be:
- Initiated within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery
- Returned in new, unused, and unaltered condition
- Accompanied by original packaging when possible
Returned items may be subject to:
- Original shipping costs
- Return shipping costs
- A restocking fee of up to 10%
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender without refund.
The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:
- Used or worn items
- Items damaged through misuse or neglect
- Items returned in anything other than original condition
- Purchases made for temporary use or single-event use
- Custom or personalized products
Once a return request has been approved, the item must be shipped within 5 calendar days, and tracking information must be provided to RSKT Leatherworks.

Shipping and Order Completion
Due to the nature of custom and handmade work, please allow 6-8 weeks on all custom made orders and out of stock items. Rush orders available for an additional cost and in limited capacity.
